Dr. Margie Jessen has been in nursing for 17 yrs specializing as a Pediatric Forensics and a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Denise was raised in Fresno, CA. She was Valedictorian of her class at Kaplan College where she obtained her diploma as a Medical Office Specialist.
Caroline Dower has been interviewing since 2008. She has spent years working with children in different capacities but wanted to focus her attention on children who have been victims of crime and abuse.
Josie’s experience and specialization in the forensics field has allowed her to play an active role in seeking justice for victims of crime. She is currently a crime scene investigator at a local law enforcement agency where she processes scenes and evidence to help exonerate the innocent or convict the guilty. Josie has expanded her service to victims of crime through her role as a forensic interviewer. Josie has performed hundreds of forensic interviews of criminal abuse cases for multiple law enforcement agencies in the central valley. Besides her Masters of Forensic Science degree and over a thousand hours of continued education in the area of forensics, Josie has also recently become a co-facilitator for child forensic interviewing. Josie is also a facilitator for Stewards of Children-Darkness to Light, the only nationally available program scientifically proven to increase knowledge, improve attitudes and change child-protective behaviors.
